recently a read a brief article about internet sites.
how they are private property
that some one owns them
that having functions on them is a privilege not a right.
and....
if you happens to insult them, urinate on the couch and worse.
expect that site(private owned ) do take action
banning
silencing
and bending your knees the wrong way.
due to many governments having problems with internet usage, trolling(some sites dont know what they are) cyber bullying (some sites enforce so such actions)
they have imposed laws, they have created new laws about sites, ownership of the sites, site usage and other.
eg
your privately owned site may be dealing in stolen goods(pirate bay)
governments, law reinforcement,, may shut down that site.
kinda s true law
laws that swing both ways, and protects all parties rather then bias.
you may own the home (site) but you cant do what ever you want in that home(site)
it can be dug up, placed on a giant hammer, and sold, it can be locked, it can be destroyed.
it can even have a nice bright multicoloured banner wrapped around it,,,as warning tape.
it may be bugged
it may be taken without your consent
it may even be commandeered
most people have a funny idea about law.
they think they have done jury duty,, they are now experts in law.
i know from law,
that you could be completely innocent, have lived as a hard working person, doing all good, and some one arrest you for a false crime and you are placed in prison for over 25 years and die,,for a crime you didn't commit. (oops sorry about that)
i also know from law,, that a jury does not see diddly squat about certain things ...its a game show for the people (peasants )
jury dury is only when...you have been arrested, stuck in jail for a while, then moved over to a prison for holding,
while you are away, your house plant dies, teeneagers break into your empty unguarded house and steal your belongings and shit in the bathtub
..and after 4 months,, you get to state you (plee bargain) case.
and peasants judge you on if your guilty or not.
and then you are free to go home to your dead house plant, no furniture and you cant even take a bath...
most people watch crime channel and other police programs
but did you know
that forensics is the FIRST action that is taken..the sooner the better, with the first 24 hours
it can be swabs,
it can be questions
it can be a number of things,,, but its data collection.
case
mr joe, bought a vw Beetle, he wanted to repair it, fix it up and make it look pretty, one day he thought it would be great to take the neighbours for a ride.
it had no tail lights
it had no indicators
it had no seats
no horn that was audible
it had no lights
it was running on 4 very different types of tires(even sizes)
it smoked bad
it run on lead petrol
it had no mirrors
it made loud noises
its numberplate's did not match and stolen
the driver is drunk
the occupants not wearing a seat belt.
there are no seat belts in the car
there is a gun in the car
the occupants are randomly shooting at street signs
there is a live animal in the trunk
there is oil leaking from the car
the car is actually two halves of a beetle stuck together.
one day.
some one walked past his VW beetle and accidentally broke off the door.
mr joe gets angry and assaults the man
the police arrive on the scene
and the man is arrested for damage to private property.
does this sound accurate or even bias? one sided ? or should both be arrested?

"yarp?"
"i told you to keep your dog from pissing on my lawn, its killing my grass"
"but i cleaned up and he was on my side of the fence and he has been inside all day"
"fucking asshole liar,, i told you...."

walks away goes back to the garage,, gets tank..kills neighbour and flattens house(privately owned property) and then takes a slow long shit,,,on the dog..
please dont play loud music after 10 o clock at night or too early in teh morning,
please keep your property(private) up to order, so that the over all land value does not decline and lower the neighbours land value
please dont make your property(private) an eye sore to the rest.(or they will run away, and arrest you)

some random notes.
for medical.
for south africa, has adopted the best parts from around the world, into one.
can be used in many ways and uses the same templates as the "vision mission statement"
is very much in.....public relations (should be all over this, and in every area)
several systems that repeat one another, with an added extra graph or area to look out for.
this focuses primarily on...the people.

glad to announce that there will be a new "leadership training" course set up
not a seminar, or lecture,,but a comprehensive course.
i wont be holding, or other,,, but rather helping with a few items and progressive ideas.
taking daily situations and breaking them down to accommodate many aspects and fields of life, carriers and areas.
most people like to use fun things, and animals that they like,,,i wont
to be part of the flock,, you must first be a sheep. (not dogs and running with the pack...and fun things that people like to hear)
to be a team, work as a team, being part of the team,taking care of the team doing absurd things,, like pushing a car up a hill(push in the same direction,,or are they doing it and you watching?)

spent all day talking to a rather nice lady who teaches 3rd year law, her own private ability is with legal areas concerning forensics(analytical)
she finds that most problems arise from badly drafted contracts,,very bad.
never questioned,,,and thus creating loop holes (look at the last 20 years)

"if one does not withhold or stand by to ones responsibilities, ones liabilities can and will be made subject"(questionable)
